It was a typical, rainy Monday afternoon in the busy Juuban district of Tokyo. The city streets were packed with people, hustling and bustling to get to where it was that they were going. Also, school had just gotten out, so among the huge crowd, were students going home or to some other after school activity.
But one girl wasn't going home or to any after school activity. She was focused on an alley that was coming up. She pulled a letter out of her pocket and her icy, blue eyes that were hidden behind glasses stared at it. It had directed her to go to this ally. She wondered in her mind, who the letter could be from. There was no name on it. Taking a deep breath, she turned the corner, only to be met by shadows. However, she could see someone or something moving around in those shadows.
"So, you're the one who told me to come here?"she asked the form.
"Yes." the figure said back, "I've been sent here to show you the path to your ultimate destiny...let me remind you that destiny has chosen you to do this and not me."
"Sounds good." the girl said, with a smile," So, what's this all about?"
Meanwhile, Tsukino Usagi was busy, running towards Hikawa Jinja Shrine. Rei had called the girls and set up a meeting after school, because she had had a very strange dream last night, and felt that it was a vision. Usagi opened the door to find the other four girls waiting for her.
"Hi everyone." Usagi said, sitting down,"Sorry for being late."
"Well,now that we're all here," Aino Minako said,"Rei,tell us about this vision you had..."
"I saw four figures, all shadowy, who were running towards this light." Hino Rei said, looking down at the floor, "but before they could reach it....a big explosion seemed to happen and then, nothing...."
"A very weird vision indeed." Mizuno Ami said," I wonder what it's trying to warn us about."
"Well," Usagi said, getting up,"We can worry about it on the way to the park. Mamoru and Chibi-Usa are waiting for us there."
Above the Earth, a large, gray, spiky space vehicle hovered in space. Inside the ship, a teenage girl with green hair entered the royal throne-room. She stared at the back of the chair, which was facing her and the figure hiding in the shadows, who sitting in that very chair.
"We're getting strong readings from this planet, my lady." the girl said, bowing, "Surely, she has to be there."
"Good,Orion." the figure said, staring out the window,"Find out where the readings are eminating from, and then, send down a Numba to find her."
"Yes, my lady." Orion said, leaving.
"Soon."the figure said, with a smile,"She will be mine!"
Back in the alley, the figure went silent.
"What's wrong?"the girl asked.
"The Shadow Clan has arrived." said the figure walking out of the shadows, it was a tan,male cat with a weird symbol on his forehead. The symbol was basically two circles, overlapping,"It's seems like I found you just in time. Here!"
"What's this?"the girl asked, catching a strange locket with a sun design on it.
"This is the legendary transformation item that belongs to our princess,"the cat explained,"You can use it to help you locate her."
"How?"asked the girl.
"Simply, open it and aim it at the person in question." the cat instructed,"It shall tell you if the person is giving off any special energy.You will also need this? Do you know what to do with it?"
"Yep." said the girl, staring at the wand in her hand,"So, where do we start looking?"
"We wait for the enemy to make the first move." the cat said,with a smile.
"There you guys are!" Chibi-usa exclaimed,"Mamoru and I have been waiting for you."
"Sorry," Usagi said,"but Rei had to tell us about a strange vision she had."
"Oh,"Mamoru said,"What does it mean?"
"We don't know." Rei said,"but maybe, a new war might start up soon."
Back on the spaceship, Orion was staring into a computer.
"So, the energy is coming from a place called Tokyo,Japan,is it?"she said turning around and facing a creature that was a cross between a cat, a human and a robot,"One!Go down there now and attack."
"Right." said One, disappearing.
"Such a peaceful day,isn't it, Mamo-chan?" Usagi asked.
"Yes."Mamoru agreed.
"HELP!!!!!!!!"shouted a voice,"A MONSTER!!!"
"That sounds like Naru!"Usagi exclaimed, as the group hid behind some tall bushes.
Sure enough, One had Naru,who had passed out, in it's grasp.
"I feel a strong energy coming from you..."One remarked,"You must be the one......"
"We've got to transform."Mako said.
"Right." said everyone else.
"MERCURY STAR POWER,MAKEUP!!"
"MARS STAR POWER,MAKEUP!!"
"JUPITER STAR POWER,MAKEUP!!"
"VENUS STAR POWER MAKEUP!!"
"MOON PRISM POWER,MAKEUP!!!"
"MOON COSMIC POWER, MAKEUP!!!"
"Stop right there!"said Sailormoon appearing,"An agent of love and justice, I am the pretty suited sailor soldier, Sailormoon!In the name of the moon, you're punished."
"An agent of love and justice,"said Sailor Chibimoon,"I am the pretty suited sailor soldier in training, Sailor Chibimoon. In the name of the future moon, you're punished."
"We're the Sailor Team!" shouted the rest of the girls,"And we won't forgive you either."
"Is that so?" asked One, dropping Naru,"Take this!"
One sent huge metal claws which scratched the Sailor Team causing them to pass out.
"Everyone!"shouted Sailormoon.
"Pink Sugar Heart Attack!!"shouted Chibimoon,who launched pink hearts of light at the enemy.
"Yarn attack!"shouted One, jumping out of the way and tying up Sailormoon and Chibimoon,"You're finished!"
"Crushing Boulder!!"shouted a voice,as the attack caused One to be slammed into a nearby tree by a huge boulder.The yarn binding the two Moon senshi broke.
"Who did that?"asked One, recovering.
"Evil should learn that good has a rock-solid foundation that will never crumble."said the person,as she appeared,"An agent of love and confidence, armed with the element of rock.I am the sailor soldier, Sailor Asteroid! Evil will be crushed!"
Moon took a good look at Sailor Asteroid. She was dressed primarily in silver with red as her secondary color. She had blond hair that was tied back in a ponytail. She wore glasses and had icy blue eyes. She wore silver boots with white lining that stopped just below her knee.
"I'm not impressed."One growled,"Yarn attack!"
"You'll have to do better than that!"Asteroid said,grabbing the yarn and throwing One to the ground.
"I'll get you!"said One, as Moon realized that she could attack.
"Moon Spiral Heart Attack!!!"shouted Moon, killing One.
"Hmmm.."said Asteroid, pointing the locket at Naru,"It's not her....not her at all...."
"Asteroid!" Moon called to the sailor, who was now walking away,"Wait!"
"Yes?"Asteroid said, stopping.
"What are the enemies looking for?" Moon asked.
"The same thing that I'm looking for,"Asteroid said, walking away,"but it doesn't concern you, so take my advice and stay out of it!"
"A new soldier..."Moon whispered, as Asteroid walked away.
Later, after she had de-transformed, she met the cat in the alley again.
"So,Jishin,"the cat said,"How did it go?"
"Good,Ares."the girl reported,"But I ran into Sailormoon and her group. Why didn't you tell me about them?"
"I had no clue that they were here."Ares replied,"Anyway,they should know that our mission doesn't concern them."
"Right."said Jishin,"I sort of told them that."
Aboard the ship, Orion once again entered the royal chamber. She bowed and faced the figure.
"You failed."the figure commented, before Orion could talk.
"Yes,but one of the Sol Soldiers appeared,Queen Shadow."Orion commented.
"I see." said the dark figure,"I should of known that she would send them here too. We must get rid of them, if we're to accomplish our mission."
"Right." said Orion,leaving,"I shall devise a plan right away."
